Basic Student Housing available during the course.
We work with a landlord who rents student rooms in apartments for a very reasonable price, considering this is short-term housing. Typically, short-term housing costs 3 to 4 times this price. Housing prices are below.
The rooms offer basic amenities and are spread out in different buildings which are within a 15-minute distance to the school. Across from the school is a shopping mall that has a grocery store, pharmacy, drug store, clothing stores, and food court for your convenience. As our location is in a residential area, you’ll save money. The housing fee for 30 nights is paid directly to the landlord upon arrival and is non-refundable.
Once you reserve the course we’ll also reserve the housing for you.

Housing Options during the Course
You will have your own studio with your own private kitchen and bathroom. The landlord only has 2 private apartments available so they usually book in advance.
Apartments are filled on a first come first serve basis.
Single Room in a Shared Apartment
You will have your own single bedroom and a shared kitchen and bathroom.
Rooms vary in size and amenities but are all the same price. Special requests are not available. Please realize that these prices are 3 to 4 times the normal price for a room in Prague for short-term rental.
Rooms in the student apartments are limited and are filled on a first come first serve basis.
Important Student Housing Information
The student housing has basic amenities such as a bed, desk, wardrobe and cookware. You will need to bring your own bath towel and toiletries. Internet and utilities are included in the price.
One of the buildings has apartments on the 3rd floor (European)/4th floor (American), without an elevator and the other is located on a small hill so there’s an incline as you walk. If you are older, have any health problems where walking up an incline or climbing stairs is a problem, or have higher expectations for housing, we highly recommend using www.airbnb.com or letting us help you find alternative accommodation or rooms for rent. Many students have had a good experience with Airbnb. The price will be higher though, but we’ll do our best to find you the best deal.
You must place your course deposit in order to have a housing reservation. It is to your advantage to apply and reserve in advance for the best housing option.
*Please note that when you pay for your housing, you will also pay a 2,000 CZK housing deposit, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
After the course
For those planning on staying in Prague after the course our office staff prints offers for rooms and apartments for rent within your price range so you’ll have plenty to choose from. We can also put you in touch with numerous real estate agents and point you in the right direction on where to find available housing from links on the internet. We will do this before the end of the course to avoid any last-minute panic.
Should you decide to stay here after the course, you can find a single room in a furnished and shared apartment for around 7500kc to 11500kc/month. The majority of teachers in Prague choose to share an apartment while teaching in order to cut back on their living expenses. Should you choose to rent a private studio or one-bedroom flat you can find something for around 9500kc to 15,000kc +/month, depending on your preferences, location, size, furnishings, etc.
